Job Description:
Boiler Plan are looking for dynamic people to join our install department. The salary range will reflect the experience and competency of the candidate. The general tasks will be:
- Scheduling boiler installations with our customers, ensuring they are recorded in our diary system and effectively managing the work diaries of field operatives, ensuring engineer diaries are fully booked.
- Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the schedule.
- Implementing good customer service contact with the customer pre and post installation.
- Understand the contractual KPI’s, then plan, allocate and operate to exceed client expectations
- Management of email inbox.
- Client liaison to co-ordinate issues as they arise.
- Any other general admin duties deemed necessary.
Attributes Required
- Proven customer support experience
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Familiar with CRM system and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Experience of diary management and planning.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
