Bespoke downstairs W/C refurbishment, turning a small space into a hardworking utility hybrid. I stripped out the old suite and gave the room a complete character lift with beaded MDF cladding, a classic dado rail, and beautiful sandstone floor tiles with custom-built MDF shaker-style units designed to neatly house the washing machine and dryer alongside extra storage. Finished off with a new sink, toilet, and a traditional column radiator.

This project features sleek Carrara marble shower panels paired with white wall tiles for a bright, clean feel. I installed traditional black and white floor tiles, finishing the entire look with bold black grout and matching black edition hardware.

Taking the room back to the brick, stripping out the dated fixtures and wall coverings apart from the client's existing floor tiles which they chose to keep. After prepping the walls, I re- tilled the walls and installed a sleek, modern full bathroom suite.

This is a job i recently completed.

This project was a remodel of an existing kitchen.

The breakdown of work carried out:

• Structural Work: Knocked down the internal stud wall to extend the kitchen and remove the small utility room.

• Floor Rebuild: Ripped out old joists and lowered the floor to create the perfect level base.

• Subfloor Prep: Re-boarded with chipboard and plywooded the entire area for a solid, squeak-free finish.

Finishing Touches:
• Fitted stunning Herringbone Engineered Oak flooring throughout.
• Custom-cladded the step to match the floor seamlessly.
• Installed a sleek black decorative radiator.
• Relocated the washing machine and dryer into the kitchen with matching end panels for a clean look.
•Finished with fresh skirting and architraves to pull the whole room together.

I renovated this home from the ground up! This project involved a complete 'back-to-brick' overhaul of three bedrooms, the hallway, landing, and staircase. After stripping everything back, I re-boarded and got it plastered to create a flawless finish, followed by a full suite of high-end joinery and plumbing upgrades. This extensive transformation featured bespoke MDF wardrobes for maximised storage, a stunning new oak staircase, and matching oak doors throughout. I installed skirting, architraves, dado rails, and a new loft hatch with integrated stairs. I also installed new decorative radiators in every room.

This recent installation features a stunning solid oak staircase paired with sleek black metal spindles. the wall beneath was cladded with MDF, effectively hiding the original stringer and eliminating the common issue of cracking between the stairs and the wall. This seamless solution not only provides a cleaner aesthetic but also removes the need for a traditional dado rail
