Our own little bathroom project... Completely stripped back to the bones. Bath and shower removed to create one large wetroom. Ceiling taken down and vaulted to give feeling of space and roof window installed. Touch control Grohe dual rainfall and power shower, wall hung toilet, vanity sink unit and tallboy unit, Bespoke solid beech window sills and vanity worktop, vent axia pure air sense extractor, Grohe bathroom fittings for that touch of quality. Porcelanosa image silver wall and floor tiles, feature tiles, marble hexagon and Porcelanosa 3d metal mosaics. Porcelanosa and Grohe for that luxurious finish... Led lighting absolutely everywhere... The lads from SJT Plumbing & Heating Services NE did a fantastic job as always. So pleased with how it turned out.

Full refurbishment done in this house in Sacriston for a really nice couple. Full rip out, full rewire. Plumbing renewed, New bathroom suite and new radiators, including decorative radiators, supplied and installed by SJT Plumbing & Heating Services NE New door linings with Holdenby oak doors. Square Edge skirting and architrave fitted throughout. Howdens kitchen installed. Grey oak LVT Flooring. Oak and chrome staircase fitted. Turned out really nice and customers are really happy.

Nice little worktop installation we managed to squeeze in today. Customer fitted units themselves but didn't want to attempt the worktops. Mason-Laing to the rescue 😉👍

Another kitchen completed a few weeks ago in Gosforth and what a challenge this one was. This is one of the post war prefab houses. On the 1st day of ripping out the kitchen, we found asbestos in two partition walls that were coming out. We arranged to have it tested and removed,which was done very quickly so didn't hold us up too long. After removing all the wall tiles we found that the walls were hardboard, so plaster boarded the full kitchen and skimmed. Lowered ceiling, Full kitchen rewire, supplied and fitted Howdens kitchen and appliances. Fitted quickstep luxury click vinyl flooring. Removed rear upvc door and window and installed French doors supplied by Amron Windows and doors ltd. What used to be a dark uninviting kitchen has been transformed into a light inviting room, where the customer now enjoys spending time.

A garden office we built in Morpeth, our favourite place to work because the customers are great and we love their dogs. Due to covid Mark and Deb are both working from home so they asked us to build a shed for Mark to use as an office... turned out to be quite a nice shed. Fully insulated, boarded and skimmed, Edpm roof, anthracite upvc door and window, grey oak click vinyl flooring, treated shiplap cladding to back and sides and larch on the front. Due to shortage and high prices of timber at the moment, we made the larch cladding ourselves. Managed to get hold of 3x1 dressed larch so we put a rainscreen profile on it and then sanded every piece. We'll worth the effort as with a coat of clear osmo oil, the larch looks stunning. Just needs the electrician to second fix, a lick of paint then Mark can move into his shed. 😃
