New Project 📋

This was the clients idea with a taped section to make their Lounge into a bedroom and en-suite with a passage.

We didn’t come up with fancy designs and imagery that you pay for hidden in the cost.

We talked Ideas, Designs and Results. 🙌

Old school Design in creative decisions, adjusting and adapting to help create.

2 days in and this is where we are.

Stud work straight, solid.

Boarded, ready for first fixing electrics and plumbing.

The biggest challenge is tomorrow fitting the soil pipe. But as always we have a plan 💡

Our work is always set, planned and like this bespoke.

We fully project everything start to finish. No waiting of some bloke to pop and fit a radiator while another company comes and does something else and cancels.

We just run the job with 24 years experience in the trade you aren’t getting a handyman just time served tradesmen. 👌

Complete ✅

Finished this one for Northumberland Renovations with moving the door to the centre of the wall it opened the space to allow for a walk in bath and shower.

Surveying the job correctly helps massively. Spaces with a bit thought, planning and design can help achieve a bathroom that you thought you might not have or how to maximise the space efficiently without looking just chucked in.

Sometimes on jobs as experienced time served tradesmen we often suggest things also to help really focus on your space, We don’t just do bathrooms we care from the start, creating and finishing.

We will always work with customers.

This helped our lovely customer have that walk in shower she really wanted while not compromising on anything.

This again is versatile on the walls with matching trims and a LVT flooring.

Complimented with a grey silicone to really finish off and add edging to the room that gives that tight tidy finish on the versatile that’s expertly installed as the pattern is wrapped around and centred to the walls paying attention to detail.

The support rail in the shower helps give that extra support without looking out of place.

We specialise in helping older customers also with aids to make their bathing experience easier and practical which starts from the first visit in the planning with only essential and required items.

Nothing is forced or pushed for an easy experience from design to fit.

Another one fitted to excellence again.

Bathrooms Express Sunderland supplied the materials everything you see.

We discussed what the customers vision was after his previous installation was creating an unwanted shower in the kitchen. 🚿

Controls to make it easy for turning on for those few extra seconds to step into a warm waterfall.

The Niche to keep the shower tidy, That was also colour matched.

The tiles all laid with care and detail. You can see how they all flow into one from floor to walls with the grout lines matched.

All the trims are mitred for that extra detail.

High end bathroom that just makes you want to not leave this escape.

Everything can be bought from Express Sunderland.

But for detail and quality give us a shout.

One in one out. Bathroom Renovation.

Boxing gone. All pipe work replaced.

A Bathroom upgrade doesn’t have to cost fortunes.

The window wall was brought forward 20mm to accommodate the bath and remove the awful boxed section beside the door.
