WILL I BE CHARGED A CALL OUT FEE?


If you have one of our service agreements then no, you will receive unlimited call outs, however, if you do not have an agreement in place with us then an appointment would be subject to our 'call out & diagnostic fee' at the normal hourly rate (weekends, bank holidays and extreme weather conditions may result in an increase in the hourly rate, which you will be advised of before the appointment).
