🚨 Customer Service Nightmare with Triton 🚨

I've now spent ages once again trying to get help and update on this ongoing issue with a 6 month old Trident Shower.
First, the AI system — which doesn’t understand English — takes 30+ minutes just to get me into the queue. Then I wait another 20 minutes to speak to someone… who asks me for all the same information again.

And guess what? It’s the exact same process I went through two weeks ago. The outcome? “Someone will call you back.”

📞 No one ever does.

This is beyond frustrating. I’ve wasted time, repeated myself multiple times, and still have no resolution. — this isn’t good enough.
