The property requires an extensive clean throughout before tradesmen can go in and then another clean before being put on the market.

Emergency call out on Saturday for a broken down boiler which resulted in parts and labour cost for repairs coming to approx £400-£500. We ended up going the extra mile today and supplied and fitted a brand new main heating combi boiler with 5yrs warranty on parts and labour and wireless stat all in for £1200!!! £500 repairing a 20yr old boiler vs £1200 for a brand new boiler with 5yrs warranty!! I know which I’d go for. Another customer over the moon with the results.
