Planning approved for another project. We recently received planning permission for this rear extension and dormer roof extension in Newbridge. The ground floor extension will create a larger kitchen area and dining room. The dormer roof extension will create living space in the roof void. The extension will include an additional bedroom, bathroom and office room. We are looking forward to seeing the completed scheme.

Great news to receive planning approval for this rear extension in Newport just before the Christmas break. This job consisted of creating a new single storey rear extension to create a new sitting room with bi fold doors and two skylights to allow the sunlight to flow through the house. We also carried out an internal redesign to create a much larger kitchen / dining room with a new WC on the ground floor and access into the existing garage.

Great to visit one of our recently completed projects last week!

We carried out the survey and design works for this project in October 2023 and quickly gained planning permission for this garage conversion in December 2023.

The main requirement of this conversion was to maintain internal access to the existing house. This was made achievable by extending the existing roof down to meet the garage roof with an internal stairs to link both levels. The addition of 3 roof lights have made the back of the room feel more open by allowing natural light to reach the far depths of room.

The kitchenette and bathroom have really made this self contained living space feel like a home. All of the construction works have been carried out by Chanoli Kitchens & Bedrooms. They have done a fantastic job on this project.
