Boiler repair on going, due to pressure loss from expansion vessel, few little leaks inside the boiler, full boiler service is needed some parts are still on order.

On a combi change over. Flue in ceiling void completely boxed in after opening up the ceiling to take out the old flue. Previous installer cut out 6 x 6 inch square hole through a joist 😱😱 shocking

Another heating system clean today, customer had a few issues with a popped expansion vessel and blocked plate heat exchanger fixed by another engineer, 12 months later blocked plate again, 1st visit unblocked plate, and fitted a heating filter, ready for a system clean on 2nd vist today.
