Yet another external house paint!

More rusting corner beads treated properly so the rust won’t bleed through again.

We are based in Mitchell but cover all of Cornwall.

A big old house paint that we carried out in St Austell recently.

Lots of rusty corner beads on this one so after cleaning down the building all the rust was treated, all loose paint scraped off, bare render sealed and windows protected prior to painting being carried out.

Still our biggest job to date! 5 Years ago we cleaned down, prepared and painted this 10 apartment property, in Porthtowan, over a 4 week period. In March this year we did it all again!

It’s a very challenging property in a very challenging position. It’s literally built into the cliff face, it’s totally exposed to the elements, there are very steep sections and there is absolutely no telephone signal!

We said 5 years ago that we’d never do it again but we did. We’re hoping to be retired in 5 years when it’s due to be painted again 🤣

A recent job carried out in Mitchell. 3 Bedrooms, a hallway, staircase & landing. All looking nice and fresh now.

Five years ago we spent a month cleaning down, preparing and painting the outside of this beautiful apartment block on the edge of the cliffs in Porthtowan. The weather was horrendous. It was, cold, windy & wet. We were rained off for days on end. It was the most frustrating job we’d ever done. When we finished I said we’d never do it again…… Guess what job we started this week…..! So we’ll be on site, again, cleaning down, preparing and painting this beautiful apartment block on the edge of the cliffs in Porthtowan all month…! Please pray for good weather, we are 🙏
