This project was done for Verity in St Austel, they had a lovely modern house with the classic poor drainage and garden full of leather jackets. We stripped the turf and top soil, installed a full drainage base, geotextile w**d membrane and luxury 30mm artificial grass making the garden look perfect and useable all year round for many years to come….

We have been thankfull to be busy and have little time to post pictures but this is of the jobs we have been working on lately.
This one is is a beautiful home built by legacy with amazing views for Lucy and family. Unfortunately the garden was ruined by leather jackets that eat all of the grass roots, something we see on many of the new build gardens we work on.
Problem rectified and now they have a permanently green garden that can be enjoyed all year round with no more mud.

Last week we put in a new artificial lawn on this high spec holiday let in Pentire. A local landscaper had previously fitted an artificial lawn but had done a poor job and missed out the crucial w**d barrier so they had w**ds coming through in multiple places, this was less than 2 years old.
We disposed of this along with the edgings and created a new drainage base with a geotextile membrane and fitted 30mm grass tight in to all sides for a complete lawn area making the space much more usable!
Also we completed the front garden to match

One of the recent artificial lawns we have completed in Cubert. It was a boggy garden without much drainage but that has been rectified with a full drainage base with 75mm of aggregate to let the rainwater percolate underneath the premium grade grass we supply and fit.

Most new builds need this type of base and we don’t cut corners with this. Many other installers use sand underneath but that will never cure the problem of waterlogging
