Another stunning kitchen completed as part of this full renovation at Trispen. Full project completed by Lemara including removal of the old kitchen, new electrics, plumbing, upvc door and window, re plastered, painted then new shaker style kitchen in navy blue with new oak flooring. Trispen bathroom. A lot of work went into this one, we moved a wall over by around 300mm which allowed us to move the entrance door over making this family bathroom a much more useable space. A large shower bath and modern suite fitted. We also changed the window for a modern white upvc one and installed LVT flooring.

Mawnan Smith project. We removed an old cast iron bath complete with original taps at this cottage in Mawnan Smith. We managed to remove it in one piece and it’s gone to a new home to be refurbished back to its former glory!
We fitted marble effect shower panels and a modern suite here along with a new unvented hot water cylinder.

Something a little different on this job in St.Eval. This customer purchased a new build but wanted to make use of the garage. We divided off the rear section to make a much needed utility area. Just by utilising a section of the garage it really transformed the feel and usability of this property.

Please don’t put off sorting that slight drip or that leaky waste! Contact us today for a friendly, reliable and affordable service.
Unfortunately this is a sight we see too often, a slight leak not fixed which in turn causes a lot of damage. The whole area of flooring rotten and needing replacement as well as that slight leak!
