Another day at the 'office' well 4 to be precise, I must be getting old!
Here the client had a small water leak to one ceiling but as the ceiling panels were hardboard, elected to replace the whole lot with plasterboard.
From a smallish hole it quickly went to a much larger job. full removal including
coving!
For them that know, coving can be a nightmare to remove and not a pleasant job, head down and get on with it!
Left clean and tidy on to the next.
