A perfect reason why you should know the location of your outside stopcock to home or business and also know how to turn it off. Here this leak was before the internal stopcock so turning it off made no difference… if you don’t know I advise for you to know.

🤠 20 year old extension with the most cowboy act I have ever seen or came across yet in my time… savage act this 🤠

I am yet to think of a reason why this was left like this. Run out of inch and a half pipe? Didn’t have an inch an half straight connector?

What ever the reason there is no excuse for a first year plumbing apprentice to even do this.

Aslong as client remembers last 10 years or more he was having water damage to walls just above skirtin boards in the extension. He’s had numerous people out throughout the years, no one could put there finger on it.

With numerous tests and time I was able to locate this disaster and get the client sorted out once and for all.
