End of week 3 in Mayobridge, for Liam and Shauna. (1st photos before and after) Removal of over 180 Tonne of soil,concrete,old flagstones old shed concrete posts, bushes, trees and debris, from back garden and front of the property.
We had to excavate down nearly 2 feet in places in the back garden, to get our levels correct for the new walling and Patio and Paving areas.
Building of 4 block Piers to be faced with Granite, installing of new posts for ranch fence at front of the property. Drainage laid in field behind the back garden for drainage purposes, we then built a Tobermore Garden stone wall in Slate 5 courses high. With Historic Slate Flagstones laid outside of the walling, with a new step into the house, inside the walling to be completed in same Flagstones.
Acco channels were installed with charcoal step risers to the lower level, which is the pathway around the property. Which we laid Tobermore Shannon Slate Paviors, with 7 new square gulleys installed and clean stones around the walling and in front of the Paving. More photos next week, when we hopefully complete the Landscaping work.
