Description:

A beautiful vintage Georgian style sideboard by Strongbow Furniture with three drawers flanked by two cupboards, one with a shelf. It has the original brass handles which I have cleaned and polished by hand. Externally it has been carefully prepared and lovingly spray painted to give a flawless finish in Farrow and Ball's sophisticated 'Yeabridge Green' Modern Eggshell which is very flattering to adjacent colours. This piece would be a stunning focal point in a dining room or drawing room. This has undergone a lengthy process of preparation, and restoration being painstakingly stripped, cleaned, and primed and undercoated before spraying a minimum of 3 coats to ensure a high quality finish.

Recently completed fantastic looking boot / storage rack. This lovely piece of furniture was finished in Farrow & Ball Yeabridge Green satin and spray painted to a flawless finish. This piece of stunning furniture is part of a larger ongoing project for a local client. All pieces of furniture are being designed by Fantoush Interior Designer of Edinburgh and manufactured by Ackie MacRae Joinery LTD.

Versatile bookcase that initially appears to display a stunning picture but then reveals a hidden secret. Another creation from the Ackie Macrae Joinery range and finished by Highland Decorating Solutions using an eggshell finish from the Little Green paint company.

Hand made oak staircase by Ackie Macrae Joinery and finished by Highland Decorating Solutions. All fine nail holes were filled with coloured wax to blend with the different shades of oak. Then sanded with a Mirka dust free extraction system to eliminate dust for the client. Both 120 and 180 grit disc sandpaper was then used to clean the oak prior to the application of two coats of Osmo Oil leaving a stunning finish.

Bespoke handmade wardrobe and units fitted by Ackie Macrae Joinery. Ceiling finished in Dulux Trade Ultra Matt non reflective emulsion to give a total flat matt appearance. Walls completed in a light grey made by Little Green paints as were the handmade wardrobes and units completed in an eggshell finish. To finish the bedroom off, the recesses were also painted in a Little Green colour.
