🟢🟢work completed in llandyssil🟢🟢

After removing some shrubs to open the entrance a bit more.

Two new timber gates & posts were installed with
Timber rails either side to match existing fences. 🔨🔨

Then using the existing metal posts that were in the wall, we added some timber posts and finished it off with a very modern looking Venetian style fencing.🪚🪚

Then the whole driveway was scrapped clear of the stone, new membrane added.
Then finished off with new decorative stone.

Much fresher look this property’s entrance but also more security to keep the dogs in. 🐕🐕

🟢🟢This week we got this job finished in Newtown 🟢🟢

The customer wanted the existing decking extended quite considerably
So with the originally frame very sturdy we worked off that

Concrete pads installed, metal post shoes bolted down, nice big chunky posts put into place

Plenty of timber joists put into place, finished off with timber decking 🪚🪚🔨🔨

New metal handrails were made thanks to B.R.Fabrication

Raised flower beds made up a steep bank to make use of the space and to match some existing tiers in the garden 🌷🌷🌷

Renewed the steps with a gravel infill

A very useable space to enjoy a cuppa ☕️ will enjoying the sun ☀️

This week the lads went down to Gloucester for the day to carry out some turfing on a G.P Thomas site for a local company 🚙🚙🚙🚙

Beautiful sunny day ☀️☀️☀️which helped the day go brilliant, the lads worked tremendously hard getting down nearly 800 rolls off turf 🟢🟢

Well done lads 👏👏💪💪

A job completed at Newtown Bowling Club

We worked alongside some of the committee members who did some of the work before we carried on

Extending the paved area to create a larger patio area & a new path way leading the the greens

Also lifted and relaid slabs on the other side of the green

Lovely area to sit and enjoy watching so lawn bowls in the ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

🟢Job we completed at dolfor community hall🟢

With an area of lawn that wasn’t used for anything, the committee decided to have a change

The whole area dug out and removed from site 🪏🪏

Lots of hardcore stone brought back in and compacted

Concrete slabs then laid across the whole area
Matching up to existing slabs for level access, whilst also dropping down to get the correct levels for drainage and damp levels

We then built a timber sleeper retaining wall
These were chosen instead of a slab like that was already in place elsewhere

To allow the wall to be used to sit on and enjoy the sunshine ☀️☀️☀️

An unused space now allows it to be used for a wide range of activities 😊😊😊

Job completed in caersws recently 🔵🔵

With the old garden wall at the front of this property crumbling & unsafe

It was removed and a new garden wall and new copping stones re built in its place 🧱🧱🧱

Much safer and much fresher looking 😊😊

A recent job completed in caersws 🔵🔵

An overgrown and unusable area was given a major freshen up

With lots of brambles, w**ds & hogw**d ( which is dormant) this was all cleared and removed using the digger

Heavy duty w**d suppressant membrane rolled out

Then 20t of grey stone brought in and moved around 🚚🚚

A much fresher look, and a more useable area for what ever the customer decides to do with the area now 😊😊😊

At the start of October last year we started work on a site in Newtown it’s finally finished

We took on the entire landscaping & fencing package

Planting of trees, shrubs and hedgerows all flower beds had w**d membrane put down then bark mulch over the top 🪻🪻🪻🪴🪴

All trees were double staked and tied 🌳🌳🌳

Plenty of top soil brought in and moved by us before grass seed & wildflower seed put down

Concrete post & hit n miss style fencing to create bin stores & drying areas

Timber gates made and installed

Even took on the job of installing a bike shelter on site 🚲🚲🚲

Whilst on site we were also subcontracted to install metal railings around the site aswell

Some challenges conditions and difficult weather but all came good in the end 😊😊😊

💥💥This was the last job of 2025 💥💥

The customer said that the back lawn was very wet during autumn & winter months and he wasn’t wrong 🌧️🌧️

Original plan to put a soak away drain down one side of the garden to help with drainage, but once we seen how wet it actually was plans changed 🪏🪏.

We had to add more and more drainage to the garden, and then found a old soak away in the garden connected to a outlet so plans changed again slightly to allow us to finally get the rain water out the garden 🌧️🌧️🌧️.

We then cut trees, hedges and shrubs out of the garden, and removed and old timber retaining structure.

Installed steel posts down the side of the garden and then installed concrete sleepers,

Much more sturdier and longer lasting.

Finally the lawn was top soiled just to tidy it all up

Wasn’t best time to do this Job as the weather turned nasty as soon as we started, making quite a mess in the process but the customer was fansatic and very understanding.
