The laneway to this property was covered in moss and algae! 🦠

We applied a Biocide treatment to kill off the moss and algae, and waited for a few weeks until it was dead.

After a few weeks we returned to power brush the lane and courtyard and have it clean for the coming year!

🌱 A lawn that was recently renovated and brought back to life!

This front lawn was full of moss and w**ds with very little grass to show!

We started off scarifying with a triple pass, removing all moss and thatch. Then overseeded with a luxury grass seed and a fertilizer applied to help growth. A compost bed was applied and rolled to help allow the seed to germinate.

Within a matter of weeks this property had a beautiful lawn, and what an improvement it is.

We sorted this lawn for a customer in ballyclare at their new build house, with the usual rubble and rubbish left behind we set about removing it all and bringing in fresh screened top soil to give a nice level and perfect finish ready for sowing!

This lawn will thrive now it has everything it needs to grow, a pre seed fertilizer was added along with a hard wearing grass seed mixture.

What a difference this new lawn has made to a New build house in Jordanstown!

This site was filled with heavy clay and remains of hardcore, a good layer of top soil was brought in to help give a finer bed for sowing a new lawn.

The top soil was left to naturally settle over the winter months and would be ready to start work first thing in Spring!

With all the w**ds killed off with Glyphosate, we set about combing over the top soil layer with a compact tractor and power rake. Giving us a nice fine tilth to work with and level, also removing and stones in the process.

Once an even level was achieved we applied a pre seed fertilizer and a blend of grass seed to give a nice green lawn. With plenty of watering and a nice amount of heat, it didn’t take long for this lawn to come good!

Last lawn renovation for us this year.

This customer got in touch to improve the lawn at the back of their house.

The grass was very unhealthy full of moss and w**ds. We first treated the area with chemical and killed it off. We then cleaned up all the old grass and top dressed with fresh top soil.

It was seeded with a shady mix as part of the garden doesn’t get full sunlight during the day.

After the area was rolled and germination blankets applied to help speed the process up. With the colder weather and winter approaching the germination blankets helped get the seed germinated in time.

What a transformation on this area in just 4 weeks!

This area at the side of this property was just calling out for a lovely lawn, with over 15 Ton of topsoil needed to build the level up and a specific blend of grass seed used to give a thick lawn.

With a helping hand from Killane Gardens NI , we got to work on getting this area into shape before the end of summer.

How about this for a transformation!

This customer got in touch to improve the lawn at the back of their house.

The grass was very tired and sparse. First the whole area was treated with a chemical and killed off. We then cleaned up all the old grass and top dressed with fresh top soil.

It was seeded with a shady mix as part of the garden doesn’t get full sunlight during the day.

After the area was rolled and germination blankets applied to help speed the process up. This is great results in less than 20 days!!

This planter was made for a customer this week.

Custom made to specific’s requested by the customer, it is a perfect height for working at and reducing the need to bend over.

It also has fitted durable castor wheels all with brakes, enabling the customer to easily move the planter around the garden to where required.

This customer got in touch to have a look at a massive banked area with shrubs in it. The w**ds were a massive issue, smothering the shrubs that had been planted in the area.

We suggested to the customer about treating the area with a Herbicide and strimming all the dead w**ds down to make it more manageable in the future.

This really tidied the area up, and it will be treated regularly to keep any unwanted w**ds at bay.

We will also be back in the near future to replace and fill in any open spaces with new shrubs.
