Plasterer coming in the morning first pop so some plastered photos to follow tomorrow afternoon 👌😊👷‍♂️

We are transforming and updatijg this kitchen with a more Modern Look 😍

This kitchen needed a bit of an overhaul as the previous Tenant left it in a state of disrepair, so much so you wouldn't believe it when i say they had Stapled doors together 🙈

Old damaged doors removed ✅️

New Pebble Door Installed ✅️

New Black Nickle Handles ✅️

New Hinges ✅️

All Sides & KickBoards Painted to match thr Colour of the Doors with Valspar Colour Match Furniture paint 👌😊

Finished photos to follow next week but as you can see from the images in just two days we have transfomed this Kitchen 💪😍😊👌

Sorry not work related but we are all Human and have families behind the scenes which i spend my weekends off going too football matches which is why i dont work weekends and its moments like this that make it a Proud Daddy Moment was just a month or so ago she got 100 Goals now she has played 100 Games for her team 😍

⚫️🔴⚫️ Ballyclare Comrades Ladies FC ⚫️🔴⚫️

She may be half the size of some of the girls she plays against but she has the heart of a lion and doesnt give up and she is there to get a goal when needed 🙂👌 at only 9 years old hopefully plenty more games and goals to come ❤️

Finished photos to follow as we transform this wee house u can already see from the photos what a change it has made getting a good quality Masonry Paint on to the walls and doesn't the Grey and Black stand out 😊👌😎🌞

And everything today was all White 🤣🙈

Day 1 at Phoenix Energy Belfast as i take on some regular Maintenace work for them 👌

4 x toilet blocks painted out today nice fresh White Vinyl Silk 👌

Back tomorrow a few more blocks to l knock out

Shorts & t-shirt required as the building is roasting 😊🌞🙈
