Ah yes. It's that kind of week. Freezing temperatures the whole week and our drive has now become an ice rink propper. Not even salt/grit is having an effect. We just get wet slush and then it freezes. This morning someone tried to get up the hill with their car. Spinning wheels and a backwards slip onto the A7 later (luckily there was not much traffic!) they parked at the layby and scrambled uphill by foot. So anyway. I decided that the most sensible thing is to stay at home and leave the van where it is. Time for tea now.

Frog is staying warm today, with a cosy blanket and a cup of tea ☕💖

Another year draws to a close. Time to relax, snuggle in, a good book (or seed catalogue) and a nice warm drink. Have a lovely Christmas everyone.
