This huge bedroom needed to be divided in 2:
Economically,
Reversible,
Quickly,
Soundproofed,
But also built in a solid fashion…… the usual 😜
Parallel wall maximises soundproofing, filled with sound proof insulation.
New vestibule, creating 2 doorways, strengthened ceiling to accommodate storage or a mezzanine bed area in the future.
Loads of sockets and window for ventilation.

This weeks odd jobs……all complete on a day rate, professionally installed!
Create a list with anything and everything and I will do it all.
Timber Batten with curtain track.
Sink, tap, worktop and waste installed.
Mirrors, pictures, door bolts and new door front door handle.
I don’t do flat pack…… 🤣 but also flat pack clothes chair and radiator cover.
This seems to be just about the most rewarding work ❤️❤️

A completely essential repair this one:
Rotten porch/bay window roof ready to collapse.
Completely striped, rebuilt and old school felting applied. 👌
