JOB OPPORTUNITY: Part-Time Office Assistant / PA (Self-Employed)
Location: near CRAMLINGTON
(Working from our home office)
Hours:Approx. 12+hours per week (Flexible days/hours)
Rate: ÂŁ14 - ÂŁ16 per hour (Depending on experience)
Are you a local freelancer, virtual assistant, or organized professional looking for some reliable, part-time hours close to home?
We are a busy local building company based in North Shields . As we spend most of our time out on-site, we are looking for a trustworthy, proactive Hybrid Admin & PA to keep our back-office running smoothly and act as our right-hand person.

What the role involves:
The Admin: Typing up client quotes, sending out invoices, logging receipts/expenses, and tracking supplier delivery notes.
The PA: Answering the phone professionally, managing the diary, booking in site visits, and screening emails.
The Errands: Occasional local driving runs (e.g., dropping paperwork to our accountant or picking up urgent parts from a local merchant).

What we need from you:
Must drive: A full UK driving license and your own reliable transport is essential.
Self-Employed: Must be registered as a sole trader/limited company with HMRC and handle your own tax/NI.
Proactive & Confident: Someone who can work independently without being micromanaged and has a great phone manner.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with basic computer work (experience with Xero, or trade software is a massive bonus!).
Experience working with a trades or construction business is preferred, but a great attitude and organization skills are number one!
