A commissioned bench to join the commissioned table, 1 more bench to make to finish the job

I’m not happy with the progress of this table and I’m wondering what people think, I don’t like the brown filler as it looks obviously artificial so I’m thinking maybe a contrast and I have these resin pigments so possibly one of these or another colour all together, what do you think?

I’ve finished the varnishing on the garden table so I’ll post Tuesday, top is a cable reel the legs etc is reclaimed from a desk and stripped of paint cut and welded into a more acceptable shape, then finished and repainted

Next step it to attach the top which could go horribly wrong and ruin the whole thing 🙄

Base now in resin to hold the bark on and keep it stable for years to come
