The demolition is the first step, and a significant amount of rubbish has already been generated.

We have found, tested and had safely removed asbestos in the kitchen floor and a tank in the loft. Masses and masses of insulation that is past its prime and lovely lathe and plaster ceilings for that all over dust effect.

Before we could breathe new life into this dormer, we had to lay the groundwork ๐Ÿ‘‡

โœ… Sanded all the timber for a smooth, clean finish
โœ… Cleaned & repaired the valleys and any damaged tiles ๐Ÿงผ๐Ÿงฑ
โœ… Resin-fixed the cracked render to lock everything in place ๐Ÿ”ฉ๐Ÿงช

Now it's all prepped and ready for the final details ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐ŸŽฏ

We recently completed a full overhaul of this dilapidated dormer ๐Ÿš๏ธโžก๏ธ๐Ÿก

It had suffered from severe rot ๐Ÿชต๐Ÿ’ง and cracked render ๐Ÿงฑโ€” damage that was even starting to affect the interior ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
