EVENING ALL!! We are currently in the middle of sorting the presents you all donated in the tesco trolley out into age ranges. All I can say WOW!! You have all been so generous! Thank you so much!!! I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to all of you who donated. And a big thank you to Northallerton Community Champion for working with us to make such an amazing difference this Christmas!! You’re all amazing!! … Also a huge thank you to the amazing Jade Adams MUA and her daughter Ellie who bought, wrapped and donated two huge bag fulls of presents!! So selfless of them this chritmas!! And it will put smiles on so many faces!!

We do have one last plea!! We have had a family come forward with some older girls who are a bit old for the age of presents we have if anyone could help at all over this weekend they are looking for smellies, fake nails, bubble baths, face masks, anything pamper stuff etc also anything dumbo and lilo and stitch.. if this is something you can help with please send us a message 🙂!! We are also looking to see if we can get anymore selection boxes donated. We are also asking for as many hand written/made Christmas cards by children to distribute out to the hospital for anyone stuck in there over Christmas to make them smile!! Even if you can donate 1 everything helps!!🤍

One last thing!! Every year grandma cram of Kirk road in romanby decorates her house for everyone to come and see, these are purely put up for your enjoyment and to make you smile we have helped decorate the house this year and would love to see as many of you with the lights so get yourselves round and have a photo with all the lights and let’s see your pictures!!! We hope you enjoy them ⛄️🤍 💡 🎄 ..

Firstly Myself and Elise would like tho start buy saying a massive thank you for all your donations it has been over whelming the amount of toys that we have had donated to us!!

The trolley in Tesco will be removed tomorrow so please if you have any donations to have them in by dinner time before it’s taken away.

Aswell as the toys donated we had quite a lot of money donated which we would like to make some hampers up for any elderly people who may be alone this Christmas with no family to celebrate with. If you know any Elderly who is unfortunately genuinely in this circumstance please could you send us over a message as we would love to put a smile on their faces this Christmas!!

With the amount of presents donated we would also like to know if anyone knows any hospices, hospitals, homes that have children who would benefit from a present to make them smile we would like all the presents to go to children who may be going without this Christmas to make them smile!! All nominations will be appreciated!

Again thank you so much for all your support and efforts non of it would be possible without you donating and I hope it brings you warmth and joy to know you’ve helped someone who may have had nothing this chritmas! You’re all amazing!!

Zoe has been out working hard this morning on her 30th birthday to get this job finished ready to start the next!!

🔥BEFORE🔥DURING🔥AFTER🔥

Front walkway/path transformation!.

💥Removal of concrete, tarmac, rubble and soil💥

And installation of

💥Marshalls Traditional Tegula block paving💥

This customer is amazed with her transformation, this lady has regained her independence as she can now leave her house without any assistance down the front step with her walker.

We removed the chipped and cracked concrete and dug to the correct depths!!

We laid membrane and installed flat top edging pin curbs!

Next we installed the Type 1 MOT and used a vibrating plate to impact the mot down we repeated this process until we reached the required level!!

Then installed sharp sand and repeated the same process as the mot until we got to the desired level where we could begin to screed the sand back to the precise level to start laying the blocks!!

The blocks were then laid and kiln dry sand was then brushed over the blocks and then using the vibrating plate over the blocks allowed the blocks to set in the sand and the kiln dry sand to fall between the blocks to secure them from moving!!

This was a lovely little job that we enjoyed doing for such a lovely customer!!

GARDEN TRANSFORMATION

LOOKS LIKE A DIFFERENT GARDEN

🟠Everything used in the photos is just reclaimed from the garden but the gravel!!

🟠 General garden tidy up!!

🟠Relayed slabs properly on concrete bed and cut around an apple tree!!

🟠Stepping stone for apple picking!!

🟠Removal of 2 stone planters!!

🟠Rockery rebuild!!

🟠Re-used planter stones for a tidy finish on front of patio and barrier for soil!!

🟠Decking power washed!!

🟠General clean down (pressure wash) and tidy!!

🟦Alfie came to help the first general tidy!! Great apprentice, job waiting for him if he doesn’t make a pro footballer 😅🟦

Just completed a job for a customer using reclaimed materials, slabs and decking boards. We dug out for the patio and came across a couple of problems a water meter and an old clothes line foundation as seen in pictures the clothes line foundation was removed and the water meter was lifted as high as possible and straightened without causing any damage. All the slabs were different patterned so we laid the slabs in a symmetrical pattern. We installed the reclaimed decking boards to retain the soil as the garden isn’t very level. We used the soil out the dig out area to level out the garden and seeded it. We then installed some lovely stone and lights awaiting picture from customer when lights are all lit up on an evening. We had our little apprentice, who did a top job!! Great job! On to the next!

So unfortunately today we got the news that Zoe will be needing another operation on her hand. We have no date as of yet so will be continuing jobs that we have booked in until we have confirmation of a date. Thank you for your understanding and hope you’re all keeping safe and well!! Don’t forget!! ITS COMING HOME! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
