Kitchen/Utility refurb: Thorpe Mandeville.

Removed all existing kitchen, tiles and screed (screed had failed due to massive historic and continuing water leak from unprotected copper pipe work in floor)

Replaced all copper pipe work with pvc coated copper and denzo’d joints. Throughout kitchen/utility/wc & hallway.

Laid new DPM covered with fibre reinforced screed.

Lay Ditra mat and new Travetine country mix stone tiles, sealed and grouted throughout kitchen/utility/hallway & WC.

Install of kitchen and utility.

New integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
New induction hob.
New oven and microwave.
Under Cabinet lighting.
Worktops are Antolini Blanc Quartz.

Stripped out old suite and tiling.

Install of new floor tiling, new suite and wall tiling to bath. Wash hand basin had purpose made boxing so it could be wall mounted.
Tiles laid in random bond at client request.

Install of new mains pressure shower and shower screen.

Decoration of remaining walls and woodwork.

En-suite:

Stripping of existing shower suite and tiling.

Install of new shower tray, and after tiling install of vanity suite and toilet.

Install of new floor tiling and tiling in shower in client chosen pattern.

Kitchen refurb and install in Brixworth:

Old kitchen, flooring and partition wall between dining room and kitchen was removed with a rsj installed within the ceiling to support the floor joists.

New floor tiling installed.

And install of new kitchen kitchen.
Kitchen is Howdens integrated handle, in gloss white.

Worktops are solid oak.

Gas 5 burner hob & 2 ovens.

Client wished to do decoration.

True handless kitchen, dove grey doors to the main run and anthracite grey to the island.

Worktop on the main run is Apollo Slab Tech colour white and the worktop on the island is Walnut.
