Our Architectural Services…….

STEP 1: SURVEY & DRAFT PLANS
To enable you to make good decisions on the design changes to your house, whether an extension, house re-model or a new House. We carry out the survey of your house, discuss your wish-list and prepare draft ideas. We then meet up with you to discuss the final design.

STEP 2: PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Once the design has been finalised, we can confirm whether the plans fall within ‘Permitted Development’ rules or will require a Planning Application.
We prepare all of the paperwork including, Existing & Proposed House Plans, Existing & Proposed Site Plans, Location Plans, Reports and we will submit the Application for you.

STEP 3: BUILDING PLANS
Once the Plans are agreed and approved then we can prepare the detailed Building Plans which include the Technical Details for Builders to give accurate Quotes and form the basis of the Building Control Application.
