We are very pleased to attach some photos of one of our recently completed projects in Northampton. ADJ Architectural Services were appointed to carry out designs, obtain planning approval and produce working drawings for a refurbishment, modernisation, extensions and alterations to the existing property.
The clients brief was for a large open plan kitchen, dining and family room, a games room, formal dining space, and separate lounge, larger bedrooms and a master suit were required all with en-suite bathrooms and a new stair case. The clients felt the internal space was rather dark and gloomy, particularly around the entrance hall. They wanted views of their garden and lots of glass.
After working closely with the owners to produce designs to meet their aspirations, we successfully obtained planning, then undertook the working drawings and production information packages and building regulations approval. The project was then handed over to the client’s contractor.
I am pleased to say that our clients are delighted with the outcome, as our we. The large glazed gable ends and Juliet balcony provide light internal spaces with interest including vaulted ceilings. Every bedroom has veiwes of the garden space, and large sliding folding doors at ground floor level open up the kitchen and family space to the garden. Along with a raft of numerous other changes and alterations.
