🌿🌿🌿 It has been nice and quiet in our little land at home right now. I've been catching up with clients on Spring projects to keep it all ticking over before my return from mat leave. Exciting 2022 projects brewing including a house move with a garden which needs lots of attention! I've got lots of little creative make projects on the go during the baby snoozes. Planning to 're-wild' Penny's room with plants in Feb. There are loads of benefits to having living plants in a play space, including improving air quality and also giving your child something to nurture. Updates on this mini project as we head closer and closer to Spring! 🌿🌿🌿

🌱 New life! 🌱 It's been a busy time growing and nurturing our new little human! Dolly Rae is 6 weeks old this weekend and I'm enjoying the slow down while we soak up these precious early weeks. Looking forward to nurturing some outside spaces in the Spring but for now it's all about the little ones and rembering to water my plants! 🌱❤️🌱❤️

✨🌳✨I've been super quiet on socials recently as its been a wonderfully busy Summer working on all sorts of projects with , which I co run alongside my Little Land adventures! 🌳✨🌳

I've also been pretty busy growing a little person and not long now until we meet our baby!!! 🌎❤️🤰

Although I've been quiet on here, I've been working and collaborating on 3 super lovely projects all being lined up for next year once I return from maternity leave 😁 These wonderful community led projects are filling me with excitement and I'm so pleased with the direction they are all heading.

I'm off on maternity leave soon but will still be creating my own adventures at home with my family and can't wait to share that with you all 🌳✨❤️🌎

🌱🌱🌱 Super proud of Penny's celery growing! This was one of our first gardening mini projects together that was all part of my little land adventure. Its super tall and beautiful now it has flowered 🌼 It is from here that Little Land went from mini projects in our own outdoor space to private gardens, community spaces and forest schools. Working on some beautiful community led projects at the moment across the county and can't wait to share all of our ideas with you all soon! 🌱🌱🌱

🏕️ I've been quiet for a few weeks here on Our Little Land. We have been on camping adventures, attended a wedding/ naming ceremony, festival work with and also had a poorly little toddler, it's been pretty busy! This weekend was meant to be camping again but we ended up keeping the bell tent up in the garden for a few little adventures at home 🏡 We managed some pottering this weekend in the garden in between poorly cuddles. The greenhouse came down last week and now we have big plans for our veg patches and firepit corner! Check out my stories for our progress so far. I've got two proposals to put together next week for a few community projects and working on 3 others in the coming weeks ❤️ 🏕️

🌳 Day 29 of with 🌳 I had a site visit with a lovely lady this morning and she is working on improving her community space. She wants to lift her local area in anyway she can and her and some fellow residents just completed a litter pick of the local park and estate. We took a look at some plots of land and chatted through some exciting possibilities for the spaces. Isn't it just wonderful to see people taking their own time out to help their community and connect with others 🌎 Whilst there we chatted to a local man who told us he has been planting wild poppy seeds around Northampton for the joy of seeing it all pop up bit by bit! An uplifting morning! 🌱

🌿🌧️Day 28 of with 🌧️🌿 A cup of tea snuggled up in the play tipi while it rains outside! I have recently been trying to explain to my daughter that when it rains we don't get sad, we get excited that the plants will get fed and it will help them grow! It's funny how as adults we love a good moan about the weather but actually it's something to be thankful for 🌧️ So we had our tea and did a little bit of rain dancing 🌧️🎶☔
