Steve and his team have recently done a great job of refurbishing a bathroom and en-suite for us, we’re really pleased with the results.

Some of the things that were important to us when considering who to use:

💯Quality - thank you to everyone who shared photos of their bathroom refits on this page, that helped us to choose IAP Bathrooms. The quality of work complete in our rooms is excellent.

⏰Time to complete - the work started and was finished when Steve said it would be, and Steve accommodated changes to the schedule due to our holiday.

🛁Material choice - we appreciated the time that Steve took to recommend material choices when providing a quote, and we did agree to the majority of them as they were much nicer than the items we saw in local stores. Steve was happy to source the few changes that we made.

💰Cost - whether it’s a bathroom or a kitchen, it’s usually a considered purchase. Steve worked within our budget and the price quoted in the detailed quotation is the price we paid.

I used to manage a building repair network in a previous job and my life would have been very easy with a contractor like Steve and his team on my network! It’s great to have such a reliable Company on your doorstep who have respect for your home and are really nice people.
