Calling all women interested in joining the Saturday Clay Circle in Wollaston. This self-led 90 minute session offers space to explore the wonders of air dry clay using a wide variety of tools, cutters, moulds and texture sheets. But the clay is only a small part of it, the bit that keeps your hands and focus busy while you get to know other lovely women.

We’re building a community here and we need women just like you to help it to grow. Bring someone you know or come by yourself, this is a place where friendships are made 😍

Sip & Paint 'Textured Meadow'
Argo Lounge, Peterborough
Tuesday 14th July 7.00 - 8.30pm

Looking for a fun, relaxed night out with friends? Would you like to get creative and support a worthy cause at the same time?

Come along to our 'Fun Art Not Fine Art' Sip & Paint evening at Argo Lounge, Peterborough and create something bright, joyful and totally display-worthy! For this blooming beautiful event The Gallery By Jess will be collaborating with Argo Lounge to help support their chosen Little Miracles Charity with 10% of ticket prices pledged and collection pots available on the night. Bring some cash (whatever you can afford), have fun and make a difference!

We’ll be painting 'Textured Meadow' a lazy, hazy, colourful piece featuring a wildflower meadow in full bloom, bursting with petals, movement and texture. Think long days, warm evenings and the buzz and bustle of wildlife!

No experience needed - like - at all. This session is all about having a go, enjoying the process and spending time together. You'll be guided step-by-step so everyone gets to leave with their own unique version to take home and hang as a proud reminder of a lovely evening. All Gallery events are totally accessible so creative children, arty teens, and any craftly curious older adults are all welcome! Just book and come along together!

​Drinks and delicious food will be available to purchase to the table throughout the evening, so you can sip, snack and paint to your heart's content. Maybe arrive early, grab a table and enjoy dinner beforehand. Go on, make a night of it!

Bring friends, bring family, bring work family, or just come along by yourself to meet new people - it’s all about relaxing, laughing and making something colourful together. At The Gallery we create art and friendship.

To say I am proud of the commitment, the sense of community, the vision, and the effort would be an understatement. It’s not easy to upcycle furniture well but everyone did a cracking job and I am excited to see the pieces featured in their new dedicated home within the shop.

Quick announcement that this month's Play with Clay session is having to be brought forward by a week for June because my daughter is flying off to Camp America and I don't intend to deal with that very well!😄 Hope it's not too inconvenient and that you are still able to make it.

The booking link is as follows and this means we can start to do away with the card machine and any connection and cash related issues. Any problems just give me a shout or let me know in session.

It's nearly that time again!

The main part is the building of a community, and what a beautiful community it is😍

Some members have full loyalty cards this week which means for them Saturday's session will be FREEEEEEE! On that note, The Gallery By Jess would like to acknowledge these members (and others like them) for their continued attendance (whenever life allows) because they have been instrumental in helping to build this lovely little community! By coming along and giving it a go you will be helping to build that community too, so loyalty cards will be given during your very first session.

If you would really like to come, please don't feel anxious or shy (or do but don't let it stop you🥰). I guarantee everyone is super friendly, the chat is free and easy, and everyone is supported and understood. I am also very happy to make adjustments or meet you outside if you would find this helpful.

Most people start on their own but they leave with a nice little mix of new friends who look forward to seeing them again next time.
