Sweet & Sourdough I am a fully trained pastry chef and baker bringing artisan Sourdough to you. I run hands on workshops where you learn how to bake Sourdough at home.

Join me from 10am to 4pm in my microbakery in Mears Ashby for a hands on day of sourdough baking.

You will learn how to:

• Make and handle sourdough dough

• Shape and prove your bread

• Bake beautiful sourdough loaves

• Care for and maintain a sourdough starter

Good morning everyone,

Back by popular demand this Wednesday in Mears Ashby Village Hall 2.30-5pm :

• Seeded Sourdough
• Signature Sourdough
• Cheese & Marmite
• New York Deli Rye
• Cinnamon Buns
• Pastel de Nata

Please get your orders in today if possible so I can plan my bake schedule.

I won’t be at the butchers this Saturday, so if you’d like bread for the following week, now is a good time to stock up. Sourdough freezes really well and tastes great once defrosted.
