Contract Matt White
Macphersons Durable Acrylic Matt Walls
Abstract Art and a Grey Goose (personal mix grey)
Zinsser 123, BIN & Gardz
Dulux Trade Satinwood
Acrylic primer undercoat
Crown Trade Vinyl Matt
Sadolin Extra Durable Polyurethane Varnish

Problems were
Existing lead based paint on fireplace and cupboards
Water stain ceiling
Water stain ingress wall causing chalking and making the wall friable
Crumbling walls lath and plaster
Chunks of fireplace missing
Plaster around socket back plates missing

All in all I think a great end result!

We have recently completed the final renovation and decoration works at the old dairy at The Wheatsheaf Pub in Dallington village.
A 16th century building that had the dust to match before we started, transformed into a small cafe and local farm shop.
Check it out on its opening in a couple of weeks!
