Been quiet on here but we’ve still been working away perfecting gardens!
Here’s on we completed just before Christmas.
Full rip out of everything starting completely fresh.
All aco drainage is laid on concrete and connected to the main drain. No standing water anywhere.
Front garden.
All waste disposed of professionally with 8 tonnes of mot type 1 put back in creating a solid sub base for the Indian stone.
Flower beds were created by the Indian stone.
All jointed with pave grout.
Driveway
Existing concrete removed.
15 tonnes of mot type 1 in creating an 8 inch sub base. All whacked.
Charcoal edges laid on concrete creating a 30mm screed of grano for the blockpavers to sit on.
All block paved and cut in with kiln dried sand brushed in.
Back garden.
All ripped out and disposed of. 10 tonnes of mot type 1 in as the ground was just sponge but we created a sub base in the end.
Marshall’s decorative garden wall brick laid on a concrete footing creating 2 raised beds with Indian stone laid all round it.

The team battled the weather with this one but we created the perfect space in the end which the customer is delighted with and so are we !

Job we have just completed in altrincham.
Existing flags taken up and removed.
4 tonnes of mot type 1 laid and whacked.
White porcelain 600/600 tiles laid with every tile slurried.
Finished off with black grout making the tiles stand out.
Lifestlye room to go over which will finish the garden off!

Driveway we completed the other week in Runcorn.
Full rip out and big dig out!
40 tonnes of mot type 1 in,
All edges laid on concrete.
W**d suppresment in and Pinned.
30mm grano screed.
All blockpaved with charcoal edges as the client wanted this so if his car leaks oil.. he won’t see it 😂
Customer is over the moon with the finished product as are we! He’s already using it which we like to see!

Job we have just completed in Warrington for a client ready for her lifestyle room!

4 tonne of mot type 1 in and whacked.
900/900 cara grey porcelain tiles laid on a full bed of mortar.
Grouted with gun grey grout.
All lawn cut back and block paving edge relaid.
Customer is delighted with the finished product as are we!

A job we have iust completed in plumley.
Standing back and looking at the transformation has astonished me and the clients.
Cleared the garden of w**ds and moss to begin with so we could see the space properly.
Dug trenches for the sleepers to be laid on a bed on concrete. Box design with posts in the corners and joins for stability.
20 tonnes of screened top soil in.
12 tonnes of mot type 1 all round for sub base.
Laid kadapha limestone paving.
900 pathway all the way round leading to a small patio at the back with another pathway down to the main patio with a pergola built over for shelter.
2 tonnes of golden gravel with w**d membrane down and pot plants on making use of a dead space.
Pergola built is 5m wide. 4m out with a shingle felt tile effect roof. All glued and nailed.
Lawn levelled and 180 Lindt turf rolls laid.
Big clean up and onto to the next!

Job completed in knutsford today.
Pulled down the wall retaining the patio and relaid it.
Relaid the top 2 courses on both raised planters.
Ground out, Cleaned with hydrochloric acid and repointed with easy joint.
