We are a Northwich based architectural company with over 30 years experience working on a wide range of projects from domestic and one off individually designed houses, refurbishment projects, we have both the experience and knowledge to provide you with a service second to none. We provide an all inclusive service which consists of the following
• Free initial meeting which allows me to ascerta

in the amount of fees and also advise you of the feasibility of your requirements and agree the fees.
• This is followed by a second visit to produce a dimensional survey
• Complete the drawings for the new extension to your approval and submit the planning drawings to the local Council's Planning Department
• Arc Design then act as your agent during the planning application process and will deal with all correspondence and negotiations with the planners on your behalf. The fee includes for carrying out any minor amendments requested by the planning authority.
• Prepare Building Regulation drawings complete with all building specifications
• Deal with all correspondence with the council's building control department on your behalf and carry out any minor amendments requested by the council's building control department.
• We carry a £2M PI insurance and can liaise with builders to obtain a quotation and also make an agreed number of visits during the course of the project to ensure that the work is being carried out in a correct manner.
• Completing all Party Wall Act document's, as required
