Specialist narrow boat painting and renovation
General Information
Nick Bancroft started working on narrow boats in 1995 for a busy hire fleet in Anderton.

In the year 2003 N B Marine services was formed by Nick to serve the boating community with a friendly and affordable service operating as a mobile service and maintenance engineer.

After many successful years of travelling the canal system by van Nick finally decided it was time to move into premises that had come available in Uplands marina, Anderton.

In January 2010 N B marine moved into it's new home The Paintshed.

The Paintshed is now geared to paint up to fourteen boats a year and still have time to assist the boating community with all aspects of narrow boat building, maintenance and repair.
