Garage conversion prepped and skimmed 😍

Boarding was completed by the customer so all I had to do was scrim taping and beading before applying skim to finish off!!

Nice few days overskimming this kitchen hall, stairs and landing, walls was PVA to seal, cracks was scrimmed and then skim was applied to finish off this new kitchen, also installed new skirting boards 😍👌

Weekend job skimming for a local building company!
Walls were boarded and scrimmed so I went in and applied a skim finish to create smooth shiny walls ready for painting leaving more happy customers 🤩

Same and cement render patch!
Old loose render was hacked off and brushed to get rid of dust before applying new render to patch up, along with doing the render, I ripped out a doorframe and reboarded and skimmed to create a new opening

A few nice small areas plastered, customer did all the boarding themselves so it was just a case of going in and applying skim to create a smooth shiny finish 👌

Nice little job for a Monday, customers removed a door and I went it to patch it up. The reveals was different levels so we made the decision to reboard to create level and square reveals, I beaded the angles before skimming using halftime plastering accelerator, a final tidy up leaving happy customers 🤩👌
