Another orangery base completed

This one involved digging and pouring the foundations, concreting the oversite, and all the brick and blockwork ready for the conservatory installers.

I remembered to take photos throughout the job... but forgot the most important one — the finished build! 😂📸

One day I'll get the hang of this social media thing. Until then, here's a few progress pictures!

I've just finished helping out a friend on his extension. We covered the groundworks and all the brick and blockwork on this job, plus supplied and fitted the structural steel for two large openings. I got the wall plate fitted yesterday ready for the carpenters to cut the roof on next week.
On to the next one tomorrow 😁

A few saturday jobs with my boy. Clearing logs some kids had thrown in this private road and filling potholes. He's definitely earned his £1.50😂

My new years resolution was to rember to take more photos of my work.

So far I've rembered twice... Before and after on this lime stone patio with a repair to the garden wall.

I consider myself a lot better at building work than photography.
