Called out to a property with a central heating system struggling to keep the house warm 🥶 — despite the boiler being only 6 years old.
After a full system check, we found multiple issues affecting performance. With limited space around the controls, the customer chose to upgrade to a brand new boiler along with:
✅ Improved circulation pump
✅ 35L Flamco Premium expansion vessel
✅ Full system reconfiguration (for easier future maintenance)
We also:
🔧 Repositioned inaccessible motorised valves
💧 Installed a Kamco Scale Buster to protect against limescale
⚠️ Corrected an illegally installed unvented hot water system (now fully compliant & signed off)
