Boiler upgrade - Thorpe

A returning customer contacted us recently wanting to upgrade their combi boiler. The current boiler was still working and they had their annual boiler servicing carried out, however the boiler was getting older and they didn’t want to be in a position where the boiler broke down, parts being obsolete or being without heating/hot water for a short period during the colder months.

We discussed the different models available and our lovely customer went with a Baxi 800 combi for its 10 year parts and labour warranty. She now has complete peace of mind for the next 10 years that her only ongoing cost for this boiler is her annual boiler service to keep that warranty valid 🙌🏻

Last week we removed an old Vaillant boiler and hot water cylinder and replaced with a Baxi 800 combi boiler for returning customers of ours.
After a run of bathroom renovations this is the first of 3 boiler installs in 6 days!

The boiler was also moved to the old cylinder position freeing up some space in our customers home.

This boiler came with a 10 years parts and labour warranty courtesy of Baxi as long as the boiler is serviced annually - making this our boiler of choice when asked what we would recommend 🙌🏻
