A recent total refurbishment on a lovely rental home in Spondon. The previous tenants left it in a bit of a mess. All walls stripped repaired and painted. Doors replaced and painted all woodwork repaired and painted,tiles that were required replaced,kitchen cabinets repaired and all carpets replaced. It was a pleasure to get this home ready for it’s new family.

So phase 2 now completed another raised deck for breakfast in the morning leading out through the path to the side step down as it flows

A complete rip out, new shed area, custom fit gates, guttering, drain and soak away topped off with a new raised deck for somewhere to sit as the sun comes round in the afternoon
