Customer wanted their bedroom completely refreshed.

Prep:
Sand and wash walls and ceiling, fill, skim certain areas.

Applied white Flat Matt to the ceiling, vinyl matt to the walls. Also installed trim for the split from wall to ceiling instead of just a line which I think looks so much better

Customer wanted their stairs, hallway and landing refreshed and panelling installed.

Prep: this was quite a big prep…sort cracks, fill in various places, sand and wash walls and ceiling.

The dado was already installed, just needed me to install the panelling, blend and sand.

Commercial White vinyl matt on upper walls and ceiling, coloured vinyl matt on the panelled walls, brilliant white oil based satin on most of the woodwork.

Beautiful finish and I love the grandfather clock! 😊

Customer wanted their bedroom decorated with a subtle panelled feature wall and ceiling light changed.

Prep: sand and wash walls and ceiling, sand sill, skirting board and door frames.

Applied vinyl matt coloured paint on walls, matt brilliant white on the ceiling.

Install Victorian wall panelling on the feature wall, install new light fixture

Brilliant white satin on all woodwork.

Beautiful finish.

Customer wanted a new bathroom floor, new skirting, walls and ceiling painted.

Prep: sand and wash the walls and ceiling, take out the vinyl and skirting.

Remove the bath side panel, sink, pedestal and toilet.

Paint the walls and ceiling with brilliant white bathroom paint.

Install the underlay and floor, new skirting.

Reinstall the bath side panel, sink, pedestal and toilet.

Silicone to finish.

Customer wanted their Hallway, stairs and landing totally redoing!

This was a big prep…architraves and skirting removed, radiator removed and new one installed central to the wall, all the walls and ceiling sanded and cleaned, all woodwork sanded, primed and undercoated.

Installed new architraves, skirting, dado rail and beading.

Applied 2 coats of brilliant white matt to the ceiling, vinyl matt to the walls and paneling and brilliant white high gloss to all woodwork.

Customer is doing the doors.

Beautiful finish!

Customer wanted their stairway panelling and painting.

Prep: take out original banister, treat, skim then sand and wash the walls.

Installed Dado all around, moulding just on the stairway, fill, sand and caulk.
Wash coat to start with then 2 coats on the top and bottom of Commercial White Vinyl Matt on the Panelling and coloured vinyl Matt for the top walls.

Customer didn’t want the woodwork painting.

Customer wanted their hall, stairway and landing totally revamped!

Prepping: this was a massive prep…strip all the wallpaper, take off the dado and sanding the walls.

Take out lighting, remove the skirting boards.

Fill, skim and sand all the walls, install the scaffolding, take off artex and skim the ceilings, install the chandelier.

Sand the bannister, spindles, newel posts, window sills and door frames and apply two coats of undercoat.

Install the dado, panelling, skirting boards on the landing and trims.

Wash coat on the ceilings and walls then two coats of commercial white vinyl matt.

Two coats of satin white paint on sills and door frames.

Two coat of hard wearing satin black paint to the bannister, spindles, newel posts and stringer.

Just the carpet on the stairs, landing and the herringbone flooring in the hall then I can fit the rest of the skirting.

Absolutely beautiful transformation!

Customer wanted new flooring in the porch, living room, hall, toilet and kitchen with no transitions.

Prepping:

Firstly, parts of the floor needed levelling because there was a cheeky hump coming from the kitchen and through the hallway.
So had to use the grinder. There were other parts of the floor that needed the but not as much. Take up the skirting boards and toilet out.

Underlay and LVT click installed then new skirting boards on, caulked and painted in eggshell brilliant white. New toilet in and new tap.

Lovely finish!!!

Customer wanted panelling on the stairway, stairs prepped for a runner.

Prepping: bannister off, surface filled, skimmed, whole wall, ceiling and woodwork sanded and washed.

Installed mdf dado rail and beading on both sides, vinyl matt brilliant white an the walls,, matt brilliant white on the ceilings and brilliant white eggshell on the woodwork.
The stairs I applied 2 x undercoat and 2 x eggshell ready for the runner.

Beautiful finish!

Customer wanted their bedroom completely refreshed.

Prepping: lots of it 😊
Fill and sand the cracks in the ceiling, for me I had to get the walls back to a neutral colour…I filled, sanded and washed all the walls and ceiling then applied one coat of white wash. With the wall for the wallpaper I skimmed it for a smooth, flat finish then applied the pva ready for the wallpaper. Sanded door frames, skirting and sills.

Now it’s all ready for the new paint and wallpaper.
2 coats of flat white matt on the ceiling.
2 coats of coloured matt to the walls (mixed in glitter for the 2nd coat)
Applied the wallpaper and 2 coats of high gloss on the doors, frames, skirting boards and sills.

Complete overhaul! Beautiful finish!

The dado was taken off and I had skim the bottom half of the wall, fill the top half, sand and wash down.

2 coats Commercial White on the ceiling and 3 coats on the walls, brilliant white satin on the frames and skirting boards.

Absolutely beautiful finish!
