Our latest project was completed today, upgrading a property from an outdated gravity-fed heating system with an old Glow-worm Hideaway boiler to a modern, fully pressurised setup.

We installed a new Baxi 824kW system boiler along with a hot water cylinder located in the garage, delivering improved efficiency, reliability, and performance throughout the home.

Converting to a pressurised system was the most future-proof solution for the customer, providing better water pressure and ensuring the heating system is ready to support any planned extensions or upgrades without concern about capacity or reliability.

So many projects we have completed and not got round to posting but here is an oil boiler we completed last year. This property was listed so had to follow guidelines where the boiler could be placed etc.
We zoned heating, hot water and underfloor heating separately so the customer could use their smart thermostat to control each area.
The boiler is was a Worcester 70kw with a low loss header on the other side of the wall

Just in time for Christmas! Today we have completed our last bathroom of the year and one of our favourites too. In this project we have taken down a stud wall which was previously dividing the toilet to the bathroom, already this opened up so much more space.
Building alcoves for the bath, shower now offers this bathroom more storage space. We have also incorporated a seat in the shower with a fall so the water can fall back onto the tray. Many thanks to our trades who made this bathroom come together

Here’s an en suite we completed this year. We took out the old shower pod and replaced it with a low level tray and tiles. The shower area was tanked and insulation board fitted on the floor before tiling to make it bomb proof👊
