Home loft conversion
A Hofton semi detached dormer loft conversion in Beeston. The loft has 2 good sized bedrooms, a separate bathroom and has retained a small nursery/office on the second floor.
This has been an ongoing project of mine progressing as time and money has allowed. The bedrooms are complete and the bathroom is next.
With the need for an extra bedroom this has been an ideal solution. Alternatively the space could have been used for a master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe.
