One of the jobs we’ve completed recently. Over board and prep the walls. Turns out most the plaster on the walls were loose so we had to take it back to brick and re backing coat. Then re plaster all.

This time we’re in the city centre on a student accommodation. The council told the landlord that all the cellar ceilings needed fire boarding to produce 30 minutes protection, then replastering.
Very awkward considering how low the ceiling was and all the pipes and wires in the way, but never the less we still completed to the same high standard as always 💪🏼
