🔂HEAT ONLY BOILER REPLACEMENT🔂

Baxi 825 fitted with a 10 year free parts and labour manufacturers warranty.

Condense pipe installed for maximum efficiency, taking the overall efficiency rating of the boiler from around 65% to 93%.

A whole new gas run was needed on this system as the previous gas pipe was providing insufficient gas pressures.

⚜️DESIGNER RADIATORS⚜️

It was unfortunate that the existing pipework on this job was buried in a concrete floor and recently laminated around. Otherwise the radiator feeds couldve been altered to suit which would minimise on show pipework. Either way, this style of radiator definitely compensates both aesthetically and efficiently.

♨️UNVENTED WATER HEATER♨️ Fitted in a newly refurbished utility room at a warehouse without any nearby hot water feeds. Wouldn’t class these units as space savers however sometimes it’s the only way to source hot water.
