A lovely little School project completed over the half term - out at Kings Lynn.

Screed over existing slabs then apply f77 dpm followed by another coat of screed using F Ball and Co Ltd 1200pro.

Then onto the floor covering which is Polyflor Ltd forest fx vinyl with hot weld joints finished of with a bit of entrance matting to give those muddy boots 🥾 a good wipe on way to class.

Not just a domestic fitter 👍🏻 take on all commercial/contract works too.

job consists of DPM and screed using ARDEX UK for getting that flawless finish…

Followed by customers own LVT woodlands by likewise colour-Rutland. 🫶🏼

Brampton Chase Blonde oak herringbone 16” x 4” completed to this property in West Bridgford.

Made such a difference from previous sanded floor boards and bought light to the areas lounge/dinner, making it feel a bigger room.

Such a great product to work with,nice bevel to the planks and texture

with a extremely satisfied customer 🫶🏼

😳🤩 This one took a little thinking 🤔 from a problem floor to this beautiful floor.

It did take a visit from the rep just to clear a few things up and confirm what we had right in mind…

UFH system installed and kept on popping the grout on the previous ceramic tiles so it was a case on this situation..remove tiles and all loose adhesive- prime and screed using mapeiuk 3240 renovation followed by laying in mapei mesh into wet screed to create a firm base and reduce the movement from the UFH boards.

Once cured then it was another coat of mapei to get us where we needed for the final finish layer for us to install TLC LVT glue down using uzin_uk Ke49ht herringbone throughout the ground floor of this property- hall,kitchen,diner, utility and snug.

I must say after a lot of head scratching problem solving it turned out pukka 👌🏻

🤩 what a lovely looking floor!!

Hall, w/c and kitchen-diner

Took abit of mix prep to receive the finish we like, overboard timber areas with plywood, dpm over kitchen area following by screed.

Then it was the floor covering, which we have polyflorltd camaro naked blonde oak in a 18” x 3” plank all laid on a wet set adhesive uzin_uk ke49

The naked blonde oak seems to be favourite at the minute.

Onto the next we go.

Here we have a lovely kitchen/orangery fitted -

Polyflor Ltd camaro naked blond oak 18” x 3” planks herringbone with a full size plank border here on this one.

UFH system too so was a wet set install using UZIN Ke49ht adhesive.

This is a lovely job recently completed, customer had a UFH system fitted so it was a case of deep screed using mapeiuk renovation screed which allows movement and flexibility with the UFH.

Then it was Lifestyle Floors colloseum xl planks in off cut art throughout the ground floor, which most certainly brings out character to this family’s home 🙌🏻

This job was reading high moisture in the subfloor- so it was a case of using F Ball and Co Ltd F77 dpm 👌🏻followed up by stopgap 1200 pro screed giving that flawless finish 🤩.

Then it was a case of fitting customers own LVT which was Karndean Designflooring vangogh range. 🙌🏻
