Start of another week. Today we removed the windows & blocked up the opening in this bathroom wall. Tomorrow we'll be bricking up the outside. Hopefully it will be done before it gets to hot.

Happy Wednesday. Today we are going to start skimming these walls that we floated out yesterday. Here at R Brooks Plastering Ltd, Wall Insulation, Nottingham we don't just install plasterboard. Sometimes we have to do abit of old school floating.

End of another week & another job completed.

2 Walls in this bedroom has had insulation boards installed. These were then skimmed & new skirting installed after. This has now increased the temperature on these walls. Meaning they will help to retain heat in the room, reducing the risk of or damp walls

We also skimmed the ceiling & area's where the coving was removed on the other walls.

Good day of plastering today. Ceiling & 2 walls skimmed. Just a small section where the coving was removed and above the window to finish tomorrow. Once these are done, we can install the skirting & brick up the outside of the old airbrick.

Nice little job to get the week started.

The customer had a leak from the bathroom for sometime. After this was sorted, we were asked to carry out replastering.

We removed the damaged plaster, installed a new backing coat & skimmed. Once this has dried out, the customer can get the wall redecorated.

Nice little job to get the week started.

The customer had a leak from the bathroom for sometime. After this was sorted, we were asked to carry out replastering.
