Our 9 unit scheme in Whyteleafe, Tandridge was completed last year after battling through planning. Despite the planning officer's recommendation for approval it was unfortunately refused, but following a successful appeal we're complete!

What's amazing to us is that Tandridge is 94% Greenbelt, so the pressure to make best use of the remaining 6% is critical to reaching their target of 9,400 new homes.
