A nice artex kitchen ceiling overskimmed using a magic mix to get the first coat nice and flat ready for a nice second coat. Left clean and tidy ready for painting once dry.

Finally managed to work on my own house with the missus being the site manager.
New media wall built, with electric log burner to give cosy astetic feel, finished with LED lighting, new modern radiator fitted, decorative wall panelling and rechargeable wall lights fitted to give a nice feature wall, oatmeal laminate flooring to keep the room bright and maximise the space along with new skirting
Even the dogs had a new bed 🐕

Nice little overboarded bedroom ceiling and a blend. A step closer for the customer to get the bedroom ready.

Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New year from Upkeep Property Solutions. We have had a busy year and looking forward to a well earnt rest and family time. We will be back from 6th January carrying on the great work that we do.

Just a few pictures from this weeks work at Upkeep. We have also finished a 3 bedroom property which involved, insulating, boarding, plastering and floor screeding all in 8 days.
